Course Objectives:
- To introduce the participants to the area of professional presentation skills and public speaking and build their self-confidence in handling the stage fright.
- To learn structured flows for developing the objective and message through preparation and rehearsals reaching the point of actual delivery managing the audience and handling difficult situations.
- To be briefed on presentation techniques as well as allowed a risk-free chance to give a presentation and get feedback from the participants for charging a future developing plan.
Training Content:
- Why do managers need group presentation skills?
- Presentation planning – knowing the objectives, message & the audience.
- Developing the plan or the presentation mix.
- Preparation of the different tools in presentation.
- Choosing and managing the equipment and the visual aids, power dressing for the presentation (ladies and gentlemen), confidence building and self – motivation preparing for the BIG day!
- Presentation techniques and approaches.
- Image to be projected – confidence how to get it and show it.
- Controlling the presentation and its interaction.
- Body language, using equipment and room management, layout and pre-presentation logistics, voice management, voice training and breathing exercises.
- Reading audience body language and responding.
- Each of the participants will be requested to give a 20-25 minutes presentation on a pre agreed topic through the first day.
